High Street Holistic are proud to host Alternative Women’s Fitness.

Boxing is great for fitness, strength, confidence and fun!


We offer a weekly Boxing Fundamentals class in an encouraging, women’s only environment.
Don’t be shy, you don’t need to already be super-fit, this class is for everyone from absolute beginners!

7:50pm Rebelle Muaythai

Thursday's 

From 23rd Jan 

6:30pm Ballet/ Dance 
7:35-8:35pm Yoga (Vinyasa style)
